As condensate enters the SEPREMIUM 4.5i, it undergoes a multi-stage filtration process to effectively remove oil. Engineered to meet the latest ecological standards, the SEPREMIUM 4.5i boasts a residual oil content of less than 5 ppm. Upon entry, the condensate is meticulously filtered through the newly integrated unique JORC high-quality green element that ensure optimal environmental compliance and facilitate user-friendly operation. Featuring a 100% recycled plastic housing, the SEPREMIUM 4.5i is a true green intelligent oil separation solution.

These innovative oil-adsorbing components utilize cutting-edge adsorption technologies. The final separation stage includes specially selected activated carbon to polish out the remaining contaminants. This new intelligent separator includes an automatic indicator (flashing light) to indicate a service necessity and/or a potential overflow issue before a problem arises. Also, there is the possibility to incorporate the separator into a monitoring system using available sensor switches that can be mounted on your separator. The SEPREMIUM 4.5i is conveniently installed using the included solid constructed mounting bracket.
