Zero Air Loss Condensate Drains Electronic

The POD-DC removes condensate from compressed air systems without using electricity. The discharge process is automatic and is based on a 2/2 way level controlled valve principle that operates a direct cylinder valve. The POD-DC is ideally suited in applications where power is not available, too expensive or not reliable.

Air Saver Products

A typical compressed air system will lose compressed air through pipe connections, non-demand drains etc. At the end of the final work shift, the Air-Saver will shut the air tank off from the rest of the system. The content of compressed air within the air tank will be saved rather than lost through pipe leakages.The Air-Saver is installed on the air outlet of the air tank. The Air-Saver will automatically open just prior to the start of the work shift, and closes just after the working shift is over.


Timer Controlled Condensate Drains

The COMBO is unique in the fact that the solenoid valve has an integrated ball valve strainer. The COMBO offers all the advantages of a timer controlled drain and in addition has the protection of a mesh strainer, preventing large particles from blocking the valve orifice. The unit can be shut off from the compressed air system enabling safe maintenance work to be carried out.


Oil/Water Separator Elements

SEPREMIUM 2 The SEPREMIUM range of oil/water separators separates oil from condensate, generated by compressed air systems. The SEPREMIUM achieves separation of oil from condensate by means of directing the condensate through various separation stages.

The TEC-44 will successfully remove condensate from deliquescent dryers, tanks, vessels and refrigerated dryers. The TEC 44 is designed to remove high viscosity effluents at pressure ratings up 720 psi
