THE JORC-TEC 44 MOTORIZED BALL VALVE FOR DELIQUESCENT DRYERS AND HIGHLY CONTAMINATED COMPRESSED AIR SYSTEMS.


The JORC-TEC44 MBV will successfully remove condensate from deliquescent dryers, tanks, vessels and refrigerated dryers. The JORC-TEC 44 is designed to remove high viscosity effluents at pressure ratings up to 600 psi. The MBV features microprocessor technology, a 10 channel programmable cycle with LCD, valve open LED, push to test button, ant blockage system, and a battery back-up for protection against power failure.

BATTERIES:
The JORC-TEC 44 is equipped with a power failure protection safeguard, the power failure protection safeguard consists of 4 AA size, 1.5V (penlight) batteries.

Failure to carry out regular routine draining, either manually or by float draining can have catastrophic results. Compressed air systems can become grossly contaminated and production schedules seriously disrupted - just because a simple duty has been neglected.
